More resilient Bedrock connections

Bedrock players now benefit from an additional connection fallback when the primary route is temporarily unavailable.

• Bedrock connection setup can now use an alternative route if the primary route is temporarily unavailable.
• This reduces avoidable connection failures without changing inventories, progression, statistics, or game rules.
• Java players and the server address remain unchanged.
